These terms govern your use of this website and the concierge-led rental services presented here. By submitting a booking request you confirm that you are legally able to enter into rental agreements in your country of residence.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a booking request through the site or concierge does not in itself create a confirmed reservation. Each request is reviewed by the Sotiris Cars team, who will confirm availability, pricing and specific terms in writing. A booking is only confirmed once the team issues written confirmation and you accept the final terms shared with you directly.

3. Eligibility and driver requirements

All drivers must satisfy local licensing, age and insurance requirements. These vary by vehicle and will be clearly stated in your booking documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that any named driver is eligible to drive the selected vehicle in Greece for the full rental period.

4. Pricing and quotations

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may vary depending on seasonality, itinerary and service level. The final quotation, including any taxes, deposits, logistics charges and optional services, will be confirmed directly by the concierge team before a reservation is treated as confirmed. This site does not provide an online payment checkout.

Extra Kilometer Charges: All rentals include a specified number of kilometers per day. Additional kilometers will be charged at the rate displayed for each vehicle and calculated based on actual odometer readings at vehicle return.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are handled according to the refund, deposit and insurance policies published on this site and reiterated in your confirmation. Where local law grants you specific consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to these terms.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or extract data in ways that could affect the experience for other guests. All content, including imagery and copy, is provided for your personal use in considering a rental and may not be reused commercially without permission.

7. Liability

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, Sotiris Cars cannot be held liable for minor discrepancies or interruptions to site availability. The specific rental agreement provided for your booking will always prevail over any general wording on this page.

8. Updates
